Refund policy
Return/exchange policy:
We do not offer returns or exchanges of products. If products are damaged please contact customerservice@prettymindedcosmetics.com within 48 hours of delivery. Emails will need to include order number, a description of damage, and pictures to verify. If it is decided that the product is damaged, a replacement will be sent at the discretion of the buyer. If product is deemed to not be damaged (at the discretion of seller) customers will not receive replacement. **Damaged product includes crack or malfunction with wand or tube. It does not include air spaces that are normal when wand is removed and gloss is displaced around tube or slight color difference as these are handmade products and differences will occur.
Lost or damaged package:
Orders that are marked delivered by the carrier are considered delivered. We cannot refund for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Customers will need to contact the carrier to inquire about missing packages. Please double check your address before purchase. A package with an incorrect address may be returned to sender by carrier. Buyer will be refunded when the package returns to sender. We will not offer "reshipping" on returned packages.
